They are absolutely horrible. The customer service team is full of incompetent, unprofessional people who act like they’re angry at the world every time you call. Instead of helping, they make you feel like you’re a burden. One time they left me on hold for five hours. They messed up my insurance and then tried to blame me—until I told them I had a recorded call proving it was their mistake. At that point, the representative started yelling at me. You can tell the staff are miserable and take it out on customers. When I told one I would pray for her, she actually cursed me out. Avoid this company at all costs....Read More Read Less

I do not have insurance with marketplace and they suppose to provide safety but apparently someone used my information and the IRS flagged my tax return this was in March now it's June no one contacted me no one did anything I have a confirmation number and everything every time I call someone hang up in my face rude and yes it's a problem...Read More Read Less
