My water heater was 13 years old and died first thing in the morning on a Monday. I looked through Yelp for a plumber who could help quickly. Drain Terrier responded IMMEDIATELY and got me an appointment asap. They showed up on time and were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We to get a new water heater, and their estimate was fair and reasonable! Their financing application was so easy and fast and straightforward. They did the work in a couple of hours and it was awesome! Very thorough! I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs an honest and fair plumbing company!

Jacob was professional and friendly- unclogged the clog in the pipe and then cleaned up any mess. He also noted after testing the water flow that the seal on the pipe going down into the basement floor had sprung a leak, probably from the back pressure of the clog. He said he would let dispatch know and send a plumber out tomorrow, as he was only a drain guy.
